Welcome to SimOrbit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SimOrbit website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SimOrbit. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SimOrbit provides a marketplace for travel eSIMs, including data plans and full eSIM plans with call minutes. We work with third-party network operators and partners to deliver these services.
Availability, coverage, speeds, and network quality depend on the underlying operators and local conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future orders. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method.
Plans are generally non-transferable and intended for the account holder’s use only.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unused plans. To be eligible, the plan must not have been activated or used, and the request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
7-day guarantee: request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your eSIM hasn’t been activated or used.
Once an eSIM or plan has been activated or data has been consumed, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The Services, including all content, branding, software, and design, are owned by SimOrbit or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
Connectivity is delivered through third-party mobile network operators and partners. Their terms, coverage maps, and performance characteristics apply in addition to these Terms.
We are not responsible for outages, speed limitations, or service quality issues caused by third-party networks or factors outside our reasonable control.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMORBIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PLAN OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimOrbit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for other legitimate business reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SimOrbit is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
