Huawei eSIM compatible devices
These Huawei phones and tablets support eSIM, so you can add a SimOrbit travel plan without a physical SIM card.
Not every version of these models supports eSIM. Check yours with the steps below before you buy.
Compatible Huawei models
- Huawei P40 · P40 Pro
- Huawei Mate 40 Pro
How to check your Huawei device
- 1Open the phone dialer and enter *#06#.
- 2If you see an EID number, your device supports eSIM.
- 3Make sure the phone is unlocked if you bought it on a carrier contract.
Some models sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau have no eSIM. Carrier-locked phones only accept that carrier's eSIMs.
