How can I check my data balance?

What happens if I run out of data or days?
Your data stops until you add more. Top up from My eSIMs and you're back online in seconds, with no new QR code.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't installed the eSIM, you can cancel it for a refund. If it doesn't work and our support team can't fix it, you get your money back.
What if I delete the eSIM or lose the QR code?
Your QR code is saved in My eSIMs and in your email. If you deleted the eSIM from your phone, contact support and we'll help you get connected again.
