Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in Global, not when you buy it. You can buy and install it days before your trip.

Most plans are data only, so you keep your own number on WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps. Plans with call minutes and SMS are listed under Full eSIM plans.

An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you scan a QR code and the plan is installed in about two minutes.

Right after payment. The QR code and setup steps appear on screen and arrive by email, usually within a minute.

Yes, turn on data roaming for the eSIM line only. You won't pay roaming fees: the eSIM is prepaid and your home SIM's roaming can stay off.

Log in and open My eSIMs to see the data you have left and when the plan ends. You can top up from the same page.

Your data stops until you add more. Top up from My eSIMs and you're back online in seconds, with no new QR code.

If you haven't installed the eSIM, you can cancel it for a refund. If it doesn't work and our support team can't fix it, you get your money back.

Your QR code is saved in My eSIMs and in your email. If you deleted the eSIM from your phone, contact support and we'll help you get connected again.
